Predators Aliens Marines

Hive Hive, available from DLC Swarm Map Pack. A 'Xenomorph's Hive' deep in the heart of the Freya's Prospect Refinery.

Weapons Weapons that are available; shotgun, pulse rifle and pistol. Limited weapons but seemingly unlimited ammo, and health stims a plenty.

Foes Here you encounter 'face huggers', necessary to shot these crawlers quickly as they will continue scuttering around emitting a twirping sound ready to jump and attach themselves to you, and 'egg pods', usually unnecessary to shot but with unlimited ammo! Xenomorphs, Praetorians and Warriors increasing in ability and number.

Tactics The constant supply of aliens will have you reloading frequently, and picking up health stims. Aliens usually emerge from under the elevated walk ways, staying alert should combat this threat. Reloading all weapons in between waves of xenomorphs, and making your way to another area of the Hive giving you a moment to reload when the xenomophs attack from all directions.

Darkness Aliens are more visiable from the side walk ways, here the elevators aren't functioning in this map. It stays dark throughout the Hive, not shooting out the lights should help some what.
