Plasma Pistols are part of a Predator's armoury.

Description

A plasma pistol is a plasma energy power weapon carried in combat by a Predator. Small, lightweight and powerful making it an effective side arm, these are limited in range and restricted to a Predators plasma energy. Effective both in direct and indirect firing and it has uses in Aliens v Predator Original, Gold, Classic and Aliens v Predator 2.

A ploy-synthetic alloy firearm, with a high rate of fire (RPM) which projects plasma from a forward facing barrel.

Tactical Uses

---

They are used in AvP, AvP2 and variation in AvP2: Primal Hunt and AvP Requiem and AvP2 film. All have a rapid reload and high rate of fire making it tactically superior to must weapons in a predators armoury and a firm choice for a predator on a hunt. There is no recoil or residual plasma energy discharge damage either to a Predator or surrounding structure.
