General Perez is the commanding officer aboard the Auriga, he supervises the experiments to clone Ripley and study the Aliens. Elgyn arrives with the Betty to the Auriga in order to sell kidnapped humans in cryostasis to General Perez.

A group of mercenaries arrive in their ship, the Betty, delivering several kidnapped humans in stasis. The military scientists use the kidnapped humans as hosts for the Aliens, raising several adult Aliens for study.
When the Aliens have matured they quickly escape confinement, damaging the Auriga and killing most of its crew. In an effort to escape all military personnel go to the Lifeboats in an attempt to flee the Aliens, only to be attacked as they escape, just after a Lifeboat is jettisoned with an Alien aboard, General Perez detonates a grenade thrown in killing the Alien and crew only to be killed himself moments after.
