Electric Guns are in service with the U.S.M. stationed aboard the Auriga.
Description
A weapon used aboard U.S.M. Auriga, it is a high rate of fire (RPM) high voltage discharge Electric Gun. Accuracy is less than that of the Laser with a single discharge or charged discharged configuration leaving minimal damage to the surrounding infrastructure.
Construction
Made from alloy and aligned similiar to a Pulse Rifle and Shock Rifle with the voltage discharge mechanism housed within the casing. Targeting sight are excluded from this version of the Electric Gun, a simple reload mechanism is situated underneath which allows for quick charge reloads.
Tactical Uses
A secondary weapon to the Laser but no less inferior, used by both crew members and military aboard the U.S.M. Auriga, in single discharge the weapon producs 180 RPM, or in a charged 25 unit burst discharge. Due to it's safety it can be deployed for tactical combat situations and tactical defense roles similiar to the Laser.
